Auburn Hills does not have a Detroit Barbers of its own, but the Rochester Hills shop on Adams Rd is close enough to function like one for most of the city, especially the corridor along Squirrel Rd and University Dr near Oakland University's Auburn Hills-facing buildings.

The drive is straightforward. Take Squirrel Rd north toward Walton Blvd, turn east, and Adams Rd puts you right at the Adams Square plaza. There is a free surface lot at the door, which matters if you are squeezing in a haircut on a lunch break from the Stellantis headquarters campus or between meetings near the tech center.

During the school year we also see a bump in kids cuts timed around Auburn Hills-based youth sports leagues that practice near the community center, since parents like to knock out an errand while waiting on siblings.
