Detroit Barbers is a Michigan-born barbershop brand with 8 shops across Metro Detroit and a grooming line built by working barbers, not chemists in a lab. Every pomade, powder, spray, balm, and aftershave in this collection was developed for the cuts, beards, and shaves we do every day in the chair — textured crops, fades, slick backs, full beards, and straight-razor finishes. Nothing in our line ships unless our staff has used it on real heads, in real conditions, and signed off on the feel, the hold, the scent, and the wash-out.
The full line breaks into five categories. Men's pomade covers everything from water-based formulas that re-activate in the shower to classic petro pomades for a heavy-shine slick back, plus matte creams, fibers, pastes, and muds for textured and modern styles. Texture powder adds invisible volume and lift to fine or limp hair — one of the fastest fixes for guys with thinning hair who want the look of more density. Texture spray gives any cut beach-texture and grip on damp or dry hair, layering cleanly under or alongside pomade. Beard balm conditions, shapes, and softens with a shea butter base — in Bay Rum, O.G., and Royal Oak scents. Aftershave finishes every shave with a proper splash — tones, soothes, and leaves the clean, finished feel of a real barbershop service.
