If you live near the Six Mile and Beck Rd intersection, the drive south on Beck to Ann Arbor Rd is about as direct as it gets. Folks closer to Haggerty Rd and the Silver Springs area usually cut over to Beck or Sheldon Rd instead of fighting through downtown Northville traffic.
